The building where the apartment is located was inaugurated in December 2021.
The accommodation offers professional hotel-grade linens.
The apartment is filled with windows, making it airy and well-lit.
The swimming pool and gym of the condominium are freely accessible during the stay and for common use. The use of facilities such as the barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area depends on availability and requires prior payment of an extra condominium fee.
The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
Communication with guests is carried out as promptly as possible to ensure they feel welcomed, through the platform and also by phone. Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.
The Barra neighborhood is one of the postcards of the city of Salvador. Traditional and modern at the same time, it is famous for Salvador's Carnival.
Barra has been revitalized, and the traffic on the main avenue has been modified to create a perfect promenade for walking and exercising.
The neighborhood is full of cafes, bars, restaurants, acarajé vendors, as well as banks, shops, bakeries, markets, and a wide range of amenities that the guest needs.
One of Salvador's best and oldest malls, Shopping Barra, is within short walking distance.
With the infrastructure it has, guests can accomplish everything on foot.

Mariana's place was really great. the apartment was very clean with beautiful views and Mariana sent really clear instructions and guidance.
The complex also has a gym and a pool which was great to have and it is located only 1 block away from Barra beach and 5 minutes to Barra mall. I would definitely come back whenever I am back in Salvador

We loved staying with Mariana. it was a vet safe area, but also very close to many of the fun sites. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our visit. Mariana was very responsive and proactive to ensure things went well for us. we would love to stay there again!

We loved our stay in Bahia. The space was perfect and within walking distance from the beach, where we spent our mornings. Easy to get to everywhere that you need and building security was very helpful. Mariana was the perfect host very responsive and polite. We will definitely stay here again

One of the better Airbnb experiences we’ve had in a long time. Great location, very nice building, comfortable apartment and a lovely host. Mariana really went above and beyond, providing us with laundry detergent, coffee, cooking oil / essentials, excellent kitchen ware / appliances, as well as a few nice surprises upon our arrival. The rooftop pool and gym were also really exceptional. Highly recommend for anyone spending time in Salvador.

A brand new apartment in a new, high-end bloc, this is an exceptional place and felt like a four-star hotel with a kitchen and large balcony. Mariana and her colleagues were also exceptionally helpful. This assistance was particularly valued as my wife was immobilised with a broken leg. We could not recommend the place and the host more strongly.

Nice place with beach views and walkable to the beach. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Mariana was a great host and always responded instantly to any questions. She also had all of the essentials — salt, cooking oil, cookware & left water bottles, soda and some snacks upon arrival. She’s an excellent host and the apartment was very comfortable and clean.
