Lovely apartment with an amazing view. The neighborhood is close to many activities and restaurants. And of course the beach. Mariana was very communicative and flexible. We loved the treats she left. Perfect place for a family.

We liked very much the apartment which had the right size for two couples or a small family. Mariana was always reachable, the apartment very clean and exactly how described and shown in the pictures. We definitely can recommend the apartment to others.

Le quartier de Barra est à la fois calme et animé, proche des plus belles plages de Salvador. L’emplacement était donc parfait.
Il y a un très grand centre commercial où on peut trouver toutes les premières nécessités à 5 min à pied.
Et le gros plus, est la vu splendide du 14eme étage.
Le bâtiment et l’appartement sont très propres et sécurisés.

this Airbnb was a great place to stay for my first visit to brasil, had an amazing view of the beach walk and also the city. the beach is only 5min away from condo by foot, and there’s a lot of good places to eat. one good restaurant i recommend there is “Cafe Gatero” good place for Café da manhã. great place overall with lots of space for a medium family.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in so far! The experience from booking all the way to leaving was nothing short of amazing! Mariana is the prime example of a fantastic host! She was super helpful and responsive pre arrival and during our stay. We loved the welcome gifts consisting of local chocolates, soft drinks and beers in the fridge. The apartment is as described and looks like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great, wifi was fast and you have beach chairs, an iron and hair dryer available. The view is amazing, you can’t get enough. Building is super secure with 24/8 security. I also took advantage of the well equipped gym on Level P, which was great! The unit also has a washer and dryer in one, which was very helpful as we came from a week of traveling another state.
Short walk to the beach and super close to a restaurant we loved called “Recôncavo Culinária”. We had a fantastic stay with Maria and would definitely come again

The apartment was the exact description of the pictures and description! I would absolutely stay here again. I felt safe relatively in the neighborhood

The Airbnb was wonderful and very clean with great amenities. We adored the view and Mariana was also very helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend! It was a bit difficult to get in and out but all instructions were provided clearly.

Mariana's place was great! Super clean, great location, close to everything, we walked everywhere. She left some treats when we arrive and my children really enjoyed it. We had a few incidents that we needed to inform Mariana, and she was quick to respond and quick to solve the issues, which I truly appreciate it! The building staff were awesome, ready to help with anything. But the highlight for me was the wash and dryer, specially because we were traveling from one place to another, so being able to wash and dry the clothes there was FANTASTIC!
I would definitely stay at Mariana's place again.

El apto se encuentra muy cerca de la orla
Marina, y es sumamente bello, en un edificio con muy buenas amenidades. A tan solo 100 mts del mar, Mariana estuvo todo el tiempo a disposición. Excelente instalaciones, limpieza y seguridad.

O imóvel é exatamente como anunciado. Limpo, com roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. A mobília e os eletrodomésticos são novos. A localização é excelente, próximo à padaria, farmácia, mercado, posto de gasolina. Local seguro. Adoramos a experiência.

Nossa estadia foi incrível! O apartamento fica em um bom prédio e está em condições impecáveis. Nós amamos a vista panorâmica da Barra, e o apartamento é muito bem equipado. A máquina de lavar é excelente!! Existe um banheiro “secreto” no quarto principal que só descobrimos no segundo dia pois fica dentro de um armário. Os quartos são confortáveis e muito limpos! Viajamos com crianças pequenas e eles nos proporcionaram grades para as camas e bercinho. O check in foi fácil e tranquilo. Uma experiência maravilhosa, e certamente queremos voltar.
Única ressalva é que está tendo uma reforma no apartamento ao lado, mas como ficamos durante o final de semana não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia - talvez se tivéssemos ficado durante a semana o barulho teria sido um incômodo, pois só escutamos no dia do check out.
A garagem também é bastante estreita, então se o carro for muito grande pode ser um problema.

A nossa experiência na casa da Mariana foi maravilhosa. A casa é preciosa com uma decoração aconchegante bem clean e a vista e de tirar o fôlego. Nossa anfitriã foi muito atenciosa, não teve o prazer de conhecer pessoalmente porém ela enviou mensagens para asegurar nosso conforto e sempre esteve atenta respondendo rapidamente. A casa esteve cheia de brindes surpresas deliciosos Nois viajamos com um bebê de colo e tinham colocado um berço bem fofo para ele no nosso cuarto A casa esta equipada com tudo o que precisamos para preparar as refeições dele e da família Fomos conhecer Salvador e ficamos impressionados com a beleza de tudo comenzando pela linda casa da Mariana Super recomendo de olho fechado vale muito a pena Bem melhor que qualquer hotel e perto de tudo Com certeza voltaremos 🙌
