During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The condominium offers a unique infrastructure that provides a luxury and comfort experience. The rooftop pool offers a stunning sunset view over the sea of Bahia.

Some of these spaces need to be reserved in advance, and their use is subject to an additional condominium fee.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it can also be closed by the condominium management on other days of the week for maintenance.
