This charming apartment offers comfort and convenience during your stay in Praia do Forte. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and an auxiliary single bed, as well as air conditioning and a 50'' smart TV. The living room also features air conditioning, a sofa bed for additional guests and an Alexa assistant for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and a two-burner cooktop. For your comfort, there is also an iron and a hairdryer available. A beer cooler is provided to keep your drinks cold. On the balcony, a table with 4 chairs offers a pleasant space for outdoor dining and relaxing moments.

In the condominium, enjoy an incredible leisure area, including a refreshing common use pool to escape the heat, a gym to keep your exercise routine up to date, and a sports court for family or friends' fun moments. Additionally, the condominium features a beautiful garden with a water mirror, providing a tranquil and relaxing environment.

The condominium offers a restaurant located within the premises, providing a variety of dining options for your convenience. However, it is important to note that the restaurant's operating hours may vary, and therefore, we cannot guarantee its opening every day. There is also an automatic mini-market available for use.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for maintenance but may also be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week for maintenance purposes.
