During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The apartment features a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, 4-burner cooktop, and oven, as well as an intercom. In the laundry area, there is a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The living room includes an electronic lock, sofa bed, 55" TV, high-speed internet (300 MB), and blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a hair dryer and hot water shower. The bedroom includes air conditioning, hangers, a single bed, and blackout curtains.

For leisure moments, our condominium offers a game room, gourmet lounge, modern gym, refreshing common-use pool, and a barbecue area for social gatherings. Additionally, for those who need to stay productive during their stay, we offer a coworking space. Some of these areas need to be reserved in advance and their use is subject to an extra condominium fee.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but can be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week for maintenance.
