Suite in a Great Location Caminho das Árvores

A very comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need, located in the prime area of Caminho das Árvores in Salvador. The suite features a Queen-size bed and a sofa bed. The property is situated within a hotel, offering a privileged location. The kitchen is compact and functional, equipped with utensils and appliances for added convenience. It includes air conditioning for optimal comfort and fast Wi-Fi for both leisure and work.

Cleaning service is provided three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). Bed linens and towels are not changed; if needed, this must be requested in advance at an additional cost.

Our property is located within Boulevard Side, a development managed by an international hospitality chain.

The space is compact and functional, designed for a comfortable stay. The property features a 40" TV with an HDMI input, air conditioning, 500Mbps Wi-Fi internet, a furnished balcony, a refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, a blender, a sandwich maker, a microwave, and a water filter. For added convenience, the apartment includes a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and a bidet shower in the bathroom.

During the stay, guests will have access to the shared-use pool, sauna, gym, and other common areas of the hotel. The pool is usually closed on Mondays for maintenance but may also be closed by the condominium management on other days if necessary.

Guests will receive only one access card per reservation.

Caminho das Árvores is a neighborhood situated between Shopping da Bahia, formerly known as Iguatemi, and Salvador Shopping. It's a neighborhood where luxury houses share the space with residential buildings of the same standard. The main avenue of the neighborhood (Tancredo Neves) has seen the emergence of various mixed developments (residential/commercial), turning the area into the city's primary Financial and Business center. All of this has resulted in a welcoming neighborhood, strategically located in the city with easy access to business interests as well as beaches, the airport, and the historical city center.
