The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

Mariana es una persona muy atenta, contesta rápido, El departamento es limpio nos quedamos 3 semanas, pasamos navidad y año nuevo, y nos dieron sorpresas y una nota muy linda, la verdad nos sentimos cómodos el acceso es fácil serca de varios restaurantes y lugares atractivos lo recomendamos mucho
