Incredible, new apartment with sea view of 50 m² super decorated with a very comfortable sofa bed to watch TV or sleep 2 people, bedroom with Queen bed with workstation and Split air conditioning. Spectacular outdoor area to have that coffee and enjoy the sea view from the 9th floor of the building. Our kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary utensils.
We have a workstation in case you need to work comfortably.

The apartment is located in a new building delivered in December 2021.
It has an incredible view of Barra Beach and is easily accessible.
The space is well-equipped with a 50" Smart LED TV with YouTube and Netflix, Split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, 200 Mbps Wi-Fi Internet, Refrigerator, Blender, Sandwich maker, Grill, Iron and ironing board, Front-loading washing machine.
The apartment has hotel-grade linens and towels.
This apartment has windows in the service area and kitchen, making it much brighter and ventilated.
The guest will have access to the condominium's pool and gym, which are for common use. The gym operates 24 hours. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
To use the barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area, it is necessary to schedule in advance and pay an extra usage fee to the condominium.
Any questions you have before and during your stay, I am available through the platform and also by phone.
Check-in is in the self-check-in mode, without my physical presence.
A bit more about the neighborhood.
The Barra is one of Salvador's iconic landmarks and features the most beautiful urban beaches in the city.
It's a traditional neighborhood in the city, well-known for its carnival, but it has recently been revitalized, with an inviting boardwalk along the waterfront for a leisurely stroll or enjoying numerous bars and restaurants along it.
There is plenty of commerce around the building that facilitates your stay, such as pharmacies, laundries, markets, bakeries, shops, and many options for a quick meal or a leisurely dining experience. One of the city's best malls, Shopping Barra, is a reasonable walking distance away.
The apartment has easy access to the best beaches in the region: in 4 minutes, you reach Barra Beach, and in a 12-minute walk, you'll get to Porto da Barra Beach.
A covered parking space inside the building is included in the accommodation.

Ficamos extremamente felizes com a estada no 535 Barra - Apartamento 901. Localização e vista perfeitos sem contar a organização do apartamento. Achei muito bacana o cuidado com o hóspede, ao oferecer refrigerantes, cervejas, água mineral, além das cocadas, até pq o horário que nós chegamos já não tinha nada aberto para que pudéssemos comprar. Pretendo hospedar outras vezes e já estou indicando para outras pessoas. Vcs possuem outras unidades no edifício?

The apartment was lovely. It is perfect for a couple but worked for our family of three as our son is not yet a teen. May be a bit too cozy for an older third guest but the apartment is set up to accommodate the number of people it lists.
There is a desk in the bedroom if you have to work as I did but I did think it could use a desk lamp for better lighting.
Overall, it was wonderful and the pool which is quite long if not that wide or deep, was definitely appreciated. There is also a common gym which is at the pool level - we did not use it though.
To get in and out of the building, the security guard must buzz you out. Electronic lock on the apartment door so no keys to lose. 🙂
Would stay again without hesitation.

Fantastic apartment that is perfect for 1-2 people. I stayed for 8 days and it was great to work from, access the beach and all other neighbourhoods of interest. Safe neighbourhood that is patrolled by police/security. The apartment is tastefully designed, bright, has wonderful views and makes great use of space. It is well equipped and Mariana was a very responsive and thoughtful host. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

This place was in a new building, clean and in a perfect location. Smaller than expected though. Beach is super close. Pharmacy, Market, all around the corner...with restaurants on the beach. This place would have been perfect if there was AC in the living room (not only the bedroom) and a tv in the bedroom. Great communication with the owners. I'd definitely stay here again.

Recomendo esta acomodação a todos que desejam de hospedar na Barra. A localização é ótima e a vista para o mar é ainda mais incrível pessoalmente. O apartamento é aconchegante, limpo e funcional. Haviam toalhas e roupas de cama limpas. Realmente me senti confortável e em casa neste imóvel.

Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com o apartamento, com toda a certeza um dos melhores Airbnbs que já fiquei, apartamento clean em termos de quantidade de objetos, bem equipado, vista privilegiada, apartamento limpo e kids friendly. Tenho um bebê de 11 meses e me senti super a vontade com o espaço para ele poder engatinhar e brincar no apartamento.
Mariana foi sempre super atenciosa, rápida e querida.

A cozinha toda equipada, integrada à sala. Na geladeira havia água, refrigerante e cerveja. E na mesa, umas cocadinhas deliciosas.
Lençol e toalhas, bons. Cama confortável e ótimo chuveiro.
localização excelente. A praia do Farol da Barra é em frente. A praia Porto da Barra, que é a melhor, fica a dez minutos andando.
Os funcionários da portaria do prédio eram solícitos.
O Lucas, que me enviou todas as coordenadas para entrar no apartamento, foi muito paciente comigo. Pois tive alguns problemas com o código da fechadura e o Wi-Fi . Reconheço, falha minha!!! Obrigada, Lucas!
