The space features a Queen-size bed, a 50" LED TV, 300 Mbps Wifi, and Netflix, along with a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates two people well.

The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during the stay in the apartmenta, they're also for common use. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

The condominium provides common areas such as a barbecue grill, party room with a gourmet area that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the utilization fees practiced by the condominium.


We have opted for self-check-in, a method of entering the apartment without the physical presence of the host. We will be available to guests through the platform's chat and also via messaging apps.

Mariana's place was extremely nice and modern with fantastic views of Barra Beach. The building also had great amenities such as a gym and pool which we used daily. We spent a week at this location and it was very convenient to tour around the city and also for me to work remotely with great and stable internet. Mariana was very responsive whenever I sent a message which was great. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Salvador and are beach lovers.

A great place in an awesome neighborhood. The view of the ocean is just stunning. You will hear the noise of ocean/waves as you go to bed at night, which is priceless. I would definitely come back to this apartment and highly recommend it

Stayed at this place for work because of high internet speed. Absolutely loved this place. Close to beach, local bakery and fruit market. Splendid view on the patio to relax or work. Barely any mosquitoes I guess because of height on the 9th floor. And the host is absolutely awesome too, went above and beyond to help out. Highly recommended!

This place is perfect for exploring Barra and soaking up the lovely atmosphere. The balcony has a great sea view and is really close to the beach and many restaurants. There are also several useful stores nearby and it's close to the shopping mall too. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Mariana was really helpful with enabling us to extend our stay. We loved it so much we stayed 2 extra weeks. It has everything you need, and the appliances and kit are all new. The pool and the gym are also great to have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barra 535 if you are in Salvador.

Condo neuf , vraiment bien décorer et très propre. C’est luxueux et très confortable. La piscine est somptueuse et chauffée. L’emplacement dans la ville est parfait car nous pouvions se rendre à pied dans les bons restaurants ainsi qu’au phare. Tout les équipements nécessaires sont là ! La laveuse et la cafetière sont un gros plus ! Je recommande cet endroit !

O imóvel está muito bem localizado, tem acesso fácil à restaurantes e bares, próximo ao Restaurante Barravento e ao Farol da Barra, sendo tranquilo se deslocar a pé até à orla marítima - mesmo assim as noites foram silenciosas para dormir - estive em época de Páscoa. Apartamento muito bem decorado, sacada com linda vista para o mar, cama boa, móveis bons, cozinha muito bem equipada, uma boa máquina de lavar roupas. Portaria 24h. Quando cheguei no imóvel, além de pequenos mimos de boas vindas, havia água e algumas bebidas na geladeira, além de sabão em pó para roupas. Fez grande diferença para mim não ter que me preocupar em procurar um mercado para suprir estas primeiras necessidades e demostrou um cuidado extra dos anfitriões para com os hóspedes. Mariana responde instantaneamente às mensagens e se mantém em contato para se certificar de que tudo está correndo bem.

Apartamento muito aconchegante, extremamente organizado e limpo, me senti em casa, a vista é inenarrável, acordar com a a visão do oceano é esplêndido, o tempo também colaborou muito com a nossa estadia! O prédio é ótimo e a piscina muito agradável, o porteiro sempre muito solícito. A localização é muito tranquila pra chegar e sair, prédio com ótima segurança e tudo muito próximo, inclusive o shopping Barra. Tudo muito organizado, a máquina de lavar é uma excelente ajuda principalmente quando se está com crianças! Foram dias maravilhosos, não poderia ter escolhido ap melhor. Atendeu muito bem as nossas expectativas. Toalhas, lençóis e cobertas de excelente qualidade, todos muitos limpos e cheirosos. Estão de parabéns !! Tudo foi perfeito. Comunicação: Eles entraram em contato perguntando como estava sendo a nossa estadia, se estava tudo certo ou se faltava alguma coisa. Respondiam as minhas dúvidas rapidamente. Apartamento: localização, limpeza, ar condicionado, varanda, lençóis, cama, sofá, utensílios em ótimas condições de uso. Deixaram mimos como a cocadinha e bebidas :) a minha família amou esse detalhe. Com certeza, hospedaria novamente.
